Important Notes Regarding Tour
All passengers must report 3 hours prior to departure due to airport security procedures.
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Early check-in is subject to room availability. Your cooperation is appreciated.
In case of any emergency or unavailability of the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation in a similar category will be arranged. The company reserves the right to change hotels based on availability.
Due to local regulations in Jammu, vehicles are not allowed inside the railway station/airport. Our driver will coordinate with you for pickup.
In Pahalgam (Aru, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley), Dodhpathri, and Sonmarg, outside vehicles are not allowed. Local taxis must be hired for these sightseeing spots (charges are negotiable).
The cab will remain with you throughout the tour. Guests are requested to follow the itinerary timings strictly. No refund will be provided for missed services due to delays.
Any complaints regarding hotels or services must be reported during the stay. No complaints will be entertained after check-out.
Bookings will be treated as tentative until the advance payment is received in our account. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
Guests are advised to carry postpaid SIM cards, as prepaid connections may not work in Kashmir.
Please avoid carrying valuable items or jewellery. The company will not be responsible for any loss.
In case of vehicle breakdown, guests may need to wait until repair or an alternate arrangement is provided.
Travelers are solely responsible for any mishaps, injuries, theft, or illegal activities during the tour.
Sightseeing Notes
Due to local union restrictions, private/commercial vehicles cannot cover internal sightseeing in Sonmarg, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Dodhpathri. Local vehicles must be hired separately.
In case of heavy snowfall, chained vehicles from Tangmarg to Gulmarg must be hired on the spot.

Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, please share your selected package via email or message so our consultant can proceed.
A 25% advance payment is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
If payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
Payments made via card will incur 2% bank charges.
For 4★ and 5★ hotels, full payment is required before confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before arrival: 20% of total package cost
20–30 days before arrival: 50%
10–19 days before arrival: 70%
Less than 10 days: 100%
Cancellation will also follow respective hotel policies where applicable.
